How much would a +5 energy Jade Sword (Pref. High req) cost?

Also preferebly with 20% enchant mod on it.

Somebody proposed 50K for a req 12, without any mod on it! I think it really cost 70K for this kind of Sword, 50K is more for req 13 Jade Swords
