chat and image porblems

hello, i have two problems that i need a help with:
i cant see or write in the "All" chat, when i write it just shown above my head and no one is seeing it on the chat, and i cant see anything that anyone is writing.
second, for some items that people showing to me on trade screen, it shows an image of a technition man and below it "under construction". how can i fix that?

You probablly unchecked the all chat check box so it doesn't show on your screen; check it again.

For the place holder; try leaving the client on the login screen or -image your file.
