I beat factions...so do I get a green?

Ok well I have beaten fractions and I thought yay! How one week later I was talking to someone and he said that you get a end game green? Is that true? If so where do you go to collect it? Because I dont know...

You talk to an NPC there who gives you the Amulet of the Mists which you trade in to the collector of your choice for the green of your choice. All of this is in the zone you are left in when you beat Shiro.

Just go thru that last mission again and get it.

You can look up the items on guildwiki to decide beforehand what you want.

When you beat the game and end up in the Divine Path talk to Suun. He should give you a Amulet of Mists. That amulet can be traded for a green item from the adepts at his sides. You only get one amulet per character.

Talk to Suun, that dude you met doing Nahpui Quarter mission, he's right in front of you after killing Shiro, YES you must go back to killing Shiro.

There are 8 adepts, each have 4 green items, Suun gives you 1 Amulet of the Mists, trade it for a green.

Can only do this ONCE per character.

Can also craft 15k armor there and weapons.

When you have killed Shiro, after the movie, you are in Divine Path. Talk to NPC 'Sunn' and you get 'Amulet of Mist' which you take to an 'Adepts' NPC to exchange for a green item. There are a number of these NPCs, each one has items specific to a profession.

Every character only ever gets one Amulet of the Mists BUT you can:

a) do the Shiro mission as many times as you wish for the heck of it; and
b) transfer or trade your Amulet to other characters/players

You can finish the game with 8 characters, save the amulets, and collect 8 greens at once if you like.
