Will flesh golem and Animate Vampiric Horror be avilable in night fall? Does anyone know. Casue I didnt play factions.

So far Flesh Golem is a Factions Only Elite, much like Spiteful Spirit is a Prophecies Only Elite. I have not seen anything about Flesh Golem being available in Nightfall, but that could change.

I doubt it because if they are faction only skills, Anet has a chance to get more people to purchase Faction thus netting them more money.

If they did they would have to make it available in prophecies also, so I don't think so.
You'll just have to take your Cantha char and go to NF
