Brute swords

why do people charge like 100k + XX ectos for it when its one of the ugliest skins imo , yep imo so don't startb saying no its not and stuff.

- just wondering why..is it like hornbows with sundering mod built in?

"Ugly" is in the one of the beholder...Just because YOU think it is ugly, doesn't mean ...well... Anything at all really. (Just means you probably wont be picking one up)

It is a rare weapon that happens to be very sought after for its large skin.

Here's how it was explained to me by someone else on these forums (I forget who said this, sorry.) :

If you see someone who's obviously mad at you, charging you with a sword, what are you going to do? You're going to draw your sword and try to defend yourself, right? Now, if you see someone who's obviously mad at you, charging at you with a broken off lawnmower blade, what are you going to do? You're going to drop your butt and run!! Because the person coming after you is probably not mentally stable if the best weapon he could find looks like a broken lawnmower blade. Either that, or he's so overcome with rage that he wants to kill you with the dullest, most painful weapon available at the time. Either way, you don't want any of that. Trust me. You're going to drop your butt and run.

Brute swords look brutal especially on a tiny monk/warrior. it's bigger than her.

lots of rare skins are horrible or boring imo. sephis axe used to be uber leet sauce until every man and his dog had a razorstone. i wonder if they will ever have a green crystaline sword. hmmm

Sling Blade FTW! I agree though, beauty, eye, you know... I personally find some of the prices on some items amazing, as its stuff Id never pay that much for. As for myself, I dont care at all about what it looks like, I want a weapon to do damage/have abilities I want, thats it.

Im too pratcical to care, I want something that does what I need, dont care what it looks like(does not apply to girlfriends ).

Alot of people like the way they look. They're also uncommon. That makes them worth alot.

I like them for their gigantic look, which I find very appealing. Of course, I prefer fellblades, which luckily for me are a lot cheaper.
