PC: 20/10 Death Magic Ghostly Staff!

I plan on adding a energy +5 staff head to it, and a +1 Death Magic wrapping to it. What is a accurate price for it?

I have no idea if I'm allowed to post within my 24 hour limit, but no I will not be selling it. These staffs are hard to come by, and I have a necromancer myself that I'm trying to get FoW armor for, and I could very well use it. I just would like to know the value of it, and thanks for all the replies.

I did change up the mods, so it fits to what I'm going to use for it on my necromancer.

The 20% is in the best place it could be for a 20/10 due to necro spells having some of the longest cast times IG.

being that I've seen a few 10/10's sell for 100k I see now reason why a 10/20 would sell for well over 200k.... just me though

lol no prob, I'm a cynic too, but I also have no problem waiting awhile till I get what I want out of items and/or looking for people desperate for them I also know that if I really wanted that I would have no problem spending 200k+... which I may bid on it should s/he decide to sell
