*Factions skills included too*

this has been kinda tested without the elite lol and i got a long way on my first 3 attemps (never solo's fow like this before lol)

but yeah easy build enjoy

Armor + equipment

Ideal staff =
RAgo's flame staff

cheap staff=
kephets refuge (im cheap lol, its what i use)

ascalon/pre armor if ya have it

just use

fire head peice,
boots and trousers, leave top and arms uncovered

have suprior fire, suprior energy stroage and suprior whatever lol

should have below 200 health

Attribute

15 fire magic
9 prot
rest on energy


skills:

Prot spirit (keep it going)
spirit bond (keep it going)
Burning speed (keep it going)
(could use star burst as elite, if not just use inferno or something lol)
flame burst (spam lol)
pheonix/inferno/mending (paly with your attributes to make healing 8 for mending)
essence bond
balthzars spirit

enjoy

tip: with mesmers put burning speed on justa s you get attacked, they cancel that with shattter enchantments and you can easily recast

youd be amazed at how fast you do dmg with star burst, pheonix and flame burst, it rips through monks down there =]

most definatly works, I took down about 4 groups before i got owned by a phone call lol!, if you gather near the monks, they are too busy healing the others, so you just kill them realy realy quick, the burning makes them spam thier heals all over the place and a pheonix+flame burst just destroys them,

and i wasn't using an elite at that time lol!

=] because if you take less than 60 dmg "BEFORE PROTECTIVE SPIRITS EFFECT" you wont get healed, so its best to keep dmg low on prot spirit at all times, but not too low cause your gonna be spamming a 7 degen =] so around 180 (3 suprior runes) is good =]

Awesome, I can see this working, I recommend taking some out of fire and putting into healing for mending, so you can run a hybrid build. Compared to the similar necro build, this is probably slower, but more resistent to shatter enchants.

Heheh so you saw the Mo/e solo awhile back?
The only purpose for the build was doing enough damage without an elite skill...so that in UW you can get around nightmares with SB...this may work but it is no better than the SS build to solo UW except for the fact that your cover enchantment has a fast recharge....
beyond the concept of using burning speed as damage instead of an elite this build is just another spirit bond and any spirit bond build can solo FoW with or without SB but i can assure you if spell breaker isnt the way your going then there is much better ways to deal your damage as a spirit bonder if your using an elite for damage

It's sliver armor, and it won't help you enough on them b/c it only attacks one target at a time, your dps will be much better sticking with fire.

EDIT: Just from testing a few fire skills on minos, it appears that they run away if you spam AoEs (non-DoT). This may be a little irritating in FoW.

I'd like to see this 'explanation' of the build expand with some detail.

I've wrote alot of guides, some added video's, and too be honest... this build is mo diff from a troll build lol, its so simple i cant be bothered to write a detailed guide, because theres just realy common facts

*use burning speed to cover for shatter enchantment
*keep prot spirit and spirit bond going
*spam Aoe spells every 2+ secs

meh...

just becuase im posting a build, doens't mean it has to be a guide, its an idea which has probably been thought over by many other players, im just "showing" it

Tried it out... Well it seems really fast. But When 1 or 2 warriors are left from the group, your energy is barely enough to keep up the spirits up, and not to mention doing any dmg.. :[

Yeah, seeing as you cant kill the warriors, this build would be slow. Until nightfall comes out. Then, you can aggro an extremely large amount and spam searing flames. I have no doubt it would be faster than SS.

The idea of sliver armor IS to channel all the damage you're taking into a consistent DPS to one target, which would be the warriors (I have be soloing FoW for a long time with E/R, it ALWAYS targets the warriors first), which will rip trough their healing signets and they will die. Over the entire course of sliver armor, with six people attacking you, you can deal over 1500 damage.

take scourage healing, use a monk primary, I have not had the time to try out fow too much since I came up with the mo/e burnning speed farming, but anyway, I was able to clear my way to the undead easily, when you put attribute into smiting for retribution anyway, scourage healing is a nice bonus
