Time Lord
Support character that returns or moves the state of a foe/ally into the past or the future. Support other characters by capturing their current state. Hinder other characters with past mistakes or future mistakes. Class works like Assassin in the sense that a Present skill must be used prior to a past or future skill. Past skills can be used as a support line. Future skills can be used an offensive line. Time Lord energy starts at 0 pips and is dependent on attributes in the Time Line attribute.
Balancing
Ideally these skills should have long cast times (1..5 seconds) and possibly long recharge times (15..60). However, due to low energy recharge, the spells should be low cost.
Past
Attribute line to "return" ally or foe to a previous state.
Present
Attribute line to capture current state of ally or foe.
Future
Attribute line to "move" ally or foe to a future state.
Time
Increase Energy gain through time. i.e. every 4 points = 1 pip. Skills to gain energy from "not executing" or "executing" skills.

Present Attribute line
Capture Hex
Target other ally's looses one hex. The hex's durations and effects are saved. When capture hex is released, it is re-applied to target other ally.
Capture Health
Capture target other ally's current health level for x seconds. When captured health is released, caster looses x% amount of that health.
Capture Energy Level
Capture target foe's current energy levels. When captured energy is released, you loose x% of energy.
Capture Speed
Capture target foe's current attack speed. When captured speed is released, you attack x% slower.
Capture Location
Capture target other ally's current location.
Past Skills
Born Yesterday
Target Foe's level is set to level 20..10 for x seconds. When Born Yesterday ends, you loose x amount of health for every second it was active.
Yesterday's Vigor
Captured health is release and target other ally's health is return to that value.
Reversal of Location
Switch locations when target other ally. Any damage taken by target other ally during casting time of this skill is redirected to you.
Reversal of Health
Captured Health is released. Target foe's health is returned to captured health.
Future Skills
Apply Hex
Captured Hex is released. Captured hex is applied on target foe.
Aged Healing
Captured health is released and is added to target other ally's health.
Reversal of Attack
Target foe is teleported to your location and target foe's next attack is redirected to you. Any damage taken in this way is doubled.
Energy Balance
Capture energy is released. For each point of energy lost, target foe takes x damage.
Scarring Time
Capture target foe's current health. In x seconds, if target foe's health is greater than captured health, target looses double the difference.
Apply Recharge
The recharge time for the next spell casted in the next x seconds is added to the recharge time for target foe's next spell.
Apply Cast Time
The cast time for the next spell casted in the next x seconds is added to the spell activation time for the target foe's next spell.
Apply Speed
Captured Speed is released. Target other ally's attack speed is increased to the captured speed.
Time Line
Time and Energy
For x seconds that Time and Energy is up, you gain 1 energy. Time and Energy ends if you use a skill.
Time Heals
For x seconds that you remain still, you gain x amount of health. Time Heals ends if you use a skill.
Investments
Your maximum level of energy is reduced by x points for y seconds. When this skill ends, you gain x% energy invested.
