I think she is saying modest so we don't get our hopes too high then they'll suprise us. Or she isn't getting our hopes up because all the server techniciens are booked by WOW on everyday except Halloween, so Anets servers will be down for maintanance

I really hope that modest means at least what we had last year as far as the decorating goes. I can understand not having the time or effort atm to revamp for Halloween to be spectacular, but I LOVED last year and would have killed to see LA and ToPK stay uber spookie all year round.
Besides I am a Tyria lover by nature ~_^ Can't wait tho, at least its not going to be left out completely and I think I can live with that ^_^!

I joined GW in time (On xmas, in fact) to spend a fair amount of time enjoying Wintersday '05, but I wish to experience Halloween as well. Plus, it's the perfect way to get my WoW-addicted friend back into Guild Wars, as, upon joining GW, he missed Wintersday by like a week.
I just hope "modest" is exaggeration - ArenaNet always has time for holiday events.
