Confirmed: Halloween Event!

I for one am hoping for a central location *coughbattleislandscough* & Witches Hats would be the bomb.

Battle Isle isn't really big enough..compare LA to it and then think how many districts there was last Halloween..

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. However if they wanted to do it cross-campaign that would be the best way to do it; it saves a lot of time and resources. Unless they do stick with a formula of: 2 events = 1 campaign; by the time they hit the fourth campaign I wonder what ideas for the event’s they will have (Saint Patrick's Day anyone)? However at least they are keeping their options open, so who knows.

I thought they were doing 1 event per campaign with Wintersday being a universal holiday? Either way, I can't wait to see what ANet has in store for us for Halloween.

Lets just hope it's not gonna be in Elona.

It's supposed to happen few days after Nightfall is gonna be released, and Factions appeared on stores here like 1-2 weeks after it was released.

If anything, I'd like to see some new event hats. Pumpkin crowns are cool, but let's see some Witches hats, some Skull hates, some zombie hats, stuff like that. Maybe multiple quests so we can choose which hat to get (or all of them)?

If Anet has a brain, they won't do this. Halloween event is Tyrian only, or how it appears, and Wintersday is most likly universal, but just a guess there.

Anet won't do the halloween event in Elona, because its a brand new area, and all the players won't get the chance to join in on the fun. Plus, I'm not running out to the store 3 days before halloween like a nerd, so I can rush in and play the halloween event lol. Even though it would make more money for Anet. **coughsolame**

Battle islands for the event sounds cool, but I think the event is Tyrian only, and will stay that way.

I sure hope not to.
Allthough i have Pre-Orderd Nightfall i want time to explore it in my own rate instead of rushing to the town were the event will be. If that's the case.

I stay with my previous statement:

"Not sure if it will be in Nightfall, or even fit in, since to my knowlage they do, just like Cantha have a different season calander ect. Just like Cantha has "The Dragon festival" and "Day of the Tengu" While Tyrians has "Halloween" and "Wintersday". So i'm really hoping for something new for Nightfall instead of having Halloween there to."

I really hope it's not an Elonian holiday as well, for those of us that won't buy Nightfall the second it comes out.

I also second that I'd love to have some other type of helmet - a witches hat, skeleton mask, etc...

A different type of alcoholic beverage would be sweet as well!
