If you actually made the abstract backgrounds in photoshop (not photomanipulate and blend), then I think you're damn good in photoshop. If not, which this is what I more or less assume.. Because it does look more like 3Ds/Maya/Cinema renders, then you really shouldn't be quoting it as your artwork without any credits.
