So has the vamp mod PLUS the inherent degen

I am thinking the axe is worth 15-20K, and Guru rates the mod at 5-8K, so I will set my asking price at 25K

ps. adding up the price of a weapon and the price of its mods... well it just doesn't work that way

I would agree normally, but in this case the 2nd vampiric is the required mod is it not, and if you bought a weapon without one you would add one for the cost of the mod (as I myself did when I was using it to kill myself and other characters faster). So in this case the logic works perfectly and making it additive is inescapable (hence my pricing).
