PC on a few near perfect weapons, and a rare staff

Question about two near perfect weapons, first off,

Plagueborn daggers 14^50, enchantment 19%

and

Archaic Axe 14^50, Def+7 vs. physical, and increases poison.

Both are top damage, just wondering how much near perfect things go for (if anything). Next are two items that don't drop anymore, I have a rune of superior vigor from about a year and a bit ago, with the old skin (that of a minor rune), and the rune trader won't actually buy it, so I need to sell it. Wondering if that would go for any extra value since it's rare, or if I should just sell it for the rune trader prices.
Finally, I have a raven staff, also from about a year ago, that has +10 energy, with no requirements. I'm pretty sure those don't drop anymore, so it has some rare value, and it can be useful for an energy swap for characters that aren't specced in any magic (particularly for PvP, etc.).
