Hi, is I just got this bow on a chest run and I'm wondering how much, if anything, it is worth.

Poisonous Composite Bow of Shelter
15-28 (req. 8)
+15% dmg while health is above 50%
Lengthens poison duration on foes by 33%
armor +7 (vs. physical attacks)
