Changing youre email for youre account?

Goodday.

Before factions came out, and the whole PlayNC wasent needed yet, it was still possible to change youre account email adress.
Now i want to change my mail adress, but when i click on "edit accounts" and then "change mail adress" i get the link to plaync.com, and there i login with my PlayNC account that i made on the Factions release ( like we all do :P ), but it only seems you can change you password nothing else. Now is there a solution to this since i has a keylogger broke into my account yesterday, he removed all my money, items and armors but not the charaters. And its a account i played for 3200+Hours on from the beta beginning on that i really dont wanna lose.

Can someone help me with this issue ?

I haven't tried to change my email address, but if you need to do that, I would suggest you ask the technical support people. Send them an email and I'm sure they'd be happy to answer the question if no one knows on here.

I encountered the same problem you described, but I don't even have the choice of changing my mail any more
so I tryed to change the other stats and always got the link to PlayNC. On their page I can just see that I have a GW account, but not being able to change it apart from the password you mentioned...
However transferring your acc to another server still seems to work the old way.

It has definitely to do with the new introduced store since with my second acc I haven't entered it yet and everything is just fine.
Wish they could just give me the easy to use ingame options back and remove the complicated external connection to the PlayNC page

I reinstalled my complete PC ... installed very high security software on it and antispyware.
Ive changed my password but still i dont feel that its save enough i rather would like to have my mail adress changed also.
Since you mentioned having the same problem i also pressume you had youre account hacked correct? If you did, did you encounter anymore problems after changing youre password?

Well I tried to change my listed email address (as I regularly change email - to avoid spam build ups) I filled in the requested information, they said I would get an email to each address, only got the one to my newer address. They said that if I didn't respond from the old address then it would be changed in a week, this was two weeks ago and no change -.-

I'm having problem changing my GW password, I go to edit information and do change password but it ask for my birthday, I used a bogus one and have forgotten what it was. how do I go about changing it now, anyone know?

Thx, I have. The funny thing is, it says that if your login id is the same as your current email (not ending with plaync or ncsoft), log in to your Gw acct and do change password, that is not working, it takes me to plaync and requires me to change it within my plaync acct. I have found out that I need to do it by logging into plaync and with the reset password selection. I still can't change my password cause I have forgotten my B-day. Found out I now need to use the other link, the one for plaync and email them my infos.
