Pretty self-explanatory, get a rolling army, keep it and yourself alive by spamming BotM and H. Circle. Use OoU for huge DPS, but also huge saccing, so follow up with Taste or Feast (I've read that Taste is recommended for a heal after the order, then raising another fiend, but that costs 30 energy compared to just using a corpse for another big heal. Comments?)

I have to say, thats some serious saccing and energy used.
Lets say all your 10 bone fiends attack once in the 5 seconds, with OoU thats 10% initial and then 20% sacced after the fiends have attacked, if they attack twice with thier speed thats another 20% sacced. 50%hp dropped in 5 seconds is quite alot (roughly 200ish lost with a sup rune i think?) and healing circle will only do 110hp every 5. So as you said you might have to use taste of death, but thats alot of energy needed (10 OoU+ 5 ToD+ 25 fiend= 40 energy not including soul reaping). Of course I'm assuming your not using BoTM during this!
I'm not so sure myself if OoU is worth using as a main skill or if it is a situational use due to the energy needed and if you can keep up with the kills to supply the energy or if the signet will provide enougth energy to supplement soul reaping. Also I think it would need a decent monk to know not to panic when its being used.
As a side not, does Order of Undeath affect ally minions too? I'm assuming not as BoTM says 'undead allies' and OoU says 'your minions'.

I guess I can use taste to heal OoU if there are no corpses availiable, and soul feast if there are. I guess I can alternate between OoU and raising/healing minions as the situation changes.

Throw in Vampiric Horrors, get around 2-3 and they should take some of the pressure away.

If it isn't enough, several skills can be used:
1. Soul Feast (Taste of Death seems better than this)
2. Healing Circle (Very useful at times)
3. Restful Breeze (Might be useful, but doubt it).
4. Blood Renewal (Dangerous, but if used before saccing, it would be very useful).
5. Well of Blood (Too condition based, but then again, almost all healing in the build would be useless without a corpse)
6. Gift of Health (Might be useful)
~Consume Corpse would not help with this because you can just use Taste of Death and raise a new minion. Most of the time, you would get more health and get more energy due to Soul Reaping (if you have more than 11 [the net gain of Consume Corpse, 12 from +1 Death Mastery 20% if you have it], assuming your Death Mastery is at 16, which it should because you are MMing). Then again, you have to spend energy to raise a new minion, but with 10+ Soul Reaping you should have enough energy.
I usually MM with max Death and max Soul Reaping because I am busy keeping my minions alive / healing myself / raising new minions, so there's no point for me to go offensive - my minions are my offensives. I use both Superior Death and Soul Reaping runes because less health, to a certain degree, is good for MMing because you don't sac as much. I say I might decrease 3 points from my Soul Reaping and throw it all into Healing Prayers, which would raise it to 9. Which would work I think.

Since you are using mostly Bone Fiends, go next to your minions and use Botm 2x and use Healing Circle in a big fight when your minions are getting nuked.

I recommend adding/switching to Vampiric Minions to offset the sac per attack(c). I also think that a Minion Master who uses corpses for anything else is doing less than half a job. OoU will require some spamming, and if you are doing self-heals, you will not be an effective Orders Necro (which is essentially what you will be once you have a full compliment of minions).
So with that said, if you find you need more healing than VMs give you, KHC should be enough to maintain you through your sacrificing. If you are being targetted, for godsake use ToD and not Soul Feast.

Keep in mind that Taste of Death and raising a minion requires more energy (even with soul reaping), but it also "resets" the degeneration on one of your minions, which is important for a minion master's greatest enemy (besides holy damage!), longevity.

True, but as a MM you should never run out of energy in battle. Depends really, the build could work purely with Soul Feast. This build is too theortical, real testing is needed.
Heal Area + ToD + Soul Feast should keep your healed. Use Signet of Lost Souls to keep some Energy and some Health up. Taste of Pain is nice, but... idk

I can see some awesome Duo's comming out of this skill. Though, I think if this skill becomes popular, were going to see Necromancers with alot less health than they used to have.

5. Dark Bond (low health protection)
6. Taste of Death (overwhelmed sacrifice protection)
That is strictly a Necromancer build though. With secondaries, there become several more options.

You wouldn't really even need a high level of earth magic, since blood renewal heals for alot. This is probably what I'm going to do.

An "iffy" tactic. If your health is low enough, LV will heal for the attacks of 1-3 Minions. You could also use mending with this but that would be semi-pointless. This also requires a decent healing level.
N/Rt:
Soothing Memories + Generous was Tsungrai
Also "iffy". Tsungrai raises max health, which is bad for sacrifice cost. Then again, Soothing should be able to power through 5 seconds with a drop at the end, right?
N/W:

Very "iffy". Requires Adrenaline and has longer casting times. Just an idea though.
I think the Necro/Dervish is going to work friggin magically with Blood Renewal and SoP. That's gotta be a winner for sure.

Why Live Vicariously? Vigorous Spirit sounds better since it's 30 seconds with more healing.
Dark Bond is nice, but I never had to use it in PvE because with decent tanks and minions, you will never get hurt. Monks keep you healed and MM needs to learn to run and eat minions to survive. But that's just me, so yeah.
Signet would be nice actually, but tactic takes too long to use and the armor penalty + interruption = bad. And really, there's nothing else in Tactic worthwhile.
