Proffession Idea: Lycan

Lycan is a Person who has the abillity to transform into a wolf.
They diselike Vampires, cause they have many things in common, but instead of being gentle and full with wisdoms, Lycans are brutal heartless Beasts.

Lycans have 3 Energy regeneration, and they use Adrenaline skills. Base Energy is 25.

You can Only turn into a Lycan by Clicking a special button that Exists only on this Proffession. For each Rank you will get More time,
Maximum 20 Minutes. When you turn into normal, You cannot use Lycantrophy and you will have Lower Health than normal.

The Lycantrophy will recharge after 30 Seconds.

Attributes:

LycantrophyPrimary) Increases the rank in Your lycantrophy Skills and The Duration of your Transformation

Instincts: Increases the rank in your instincts skills


Unarmed Mastery: Increases your Damage in You Human Form. In Werewolf form it adds a critical damage for each 2 ranks

Animal Spirit: Increases the rank in your animal spirit skills

(Notice: Unarmed Mastery gives Critical damage, Only when you are in Werewolf, Nobody else can have a beter use for this Attribute )

Reasons:
Well its really not original some form of this (and vampire class) is portrayed in nearly every RP and MMO. (Adventure Quest and oblivion come at the top of my head)

What you could do, is put in Details for A Shapeshifter Build, with the ability to shift into Animals or Enemies that u find (like a Dragon as an elite.)

Good try though the skills are interesting

the word is actually lycaon...and refers to an inpious king in greek mythology who fed/sacrificed a child to Zeus and as punishment was turned in to a wolf. it does not however refer to werewolves as the movie underworld would have us believe

Ok - I was about to suggest a shapeshifter class but I may as well post here and continue the thread;

Shapeshifter;
A shamanistic caster who takes on various animal aspects to alter his performance and characteristics. 30 energy with 4 regen as standard, 70 armour max for sets. Skillset has a number of polymorph skills and attack defence skills associated. Some skills may only be used while polymorphed. Polymorphs are counted as enchantments.

Attributes;

Wolf : Endurance skills - fighting style encouraged to wear the opponent down. Moves are low energy cost or mid adrenaline charge, some require a cast duration. Wolf polymorph form allows bite based attack skills, increases armour levels by 10 and costs -2 energy upkeep.

Bear : Defence skills - fighting style, some knockout/daze attacks but lots of defensive moves. Attack skills are all mid to high adrenaline cost with energy being used for some regen skills. Bear polymorph allows the use of maul based skills, increases the armour by 30 (think warrior with shield level), provides 1..4 health regen but costs -3 energy upkeep.

Cougar: Stealth and speed - swift attacks with lots of condition inducing attacks. Mostly energy based skills which induce/enhance conditions such as bleed/cripple rather than blind. Other skills include evasion type abilities. No armour increase provided by Cougar polymorph but low cost and -1 upkeep reflect that - opens up Rake/Claw based attacks

Naturalism: General druidic style skills - working mainly around HoT and poison/condition removal

(PA) Shifting: Enhances all shift cast times and provides resistance do dispell effects. Skills include secondary abilities to enhance animal characteristics such as boost sight/speed/hearing/reactions

I bealive this is a very bad skill since this isnt a ranged attacker so unless you are running it hopless and also when u turn wolf you should have a speed increase and mabey a skill that lets you take controll of all animals in the area (like snow wolf, links, crab ect.)
