Need PC on 4 Golds For Casters

Hi, thanks, I need other opinions with these 4 weapons.
(1) Accursed Staff, req 12 Curses
10/10 Both Casting and Recharge
(2) Air Staff, req 8 Air
Reduce Deep Wound 20%
Halves Casting Time of Air 20%
(3) Earth Scroll, req 12 Earth
+5 Armor, -5 Energy
+30 HP
(4) Deadly Cesta, req 10 Death
Halves Recharge of Blood 19%
Halves Casting Time All Spells 9%

Thanks again for any opinions, the staffs have pre/suffix mods on them, but I didn't feel like listing them, as they are fairly inexpensive.
