req.8 is a good one to hold since it maintains value due to being such a rare mod on a perfect max sword..you got 150k one IMO. req.9 are hiting 100k now or lower. 20/20 +30 100k + 15ectos seems to be going rate for the sword req.9 15% always -10 armor and 15^50.
