salvage, its missing casting mod.
Though, I wonder if it would hold some value as mesmers have fast casting so they really don't need casting mod 'coz that. I think you should wait for guru about this.

While it doesn't give much difference to Mesmer in this case, single modded staff is always single modded staff I'm afraid...Salvage would be best option.
