Trick Or Treat: Halloween Event

I've talked to a few people and they all seem to think that this is a good idea.

For this year's halloween event, add in a "trick or treat" worldwide game. Have every friendly NPC, including collectors and random "fluff" people give out candy either for just visiting them or having the party do a quest to get the candy. Candy should have an inherant effect (to make them less of a deadweight than Jade Wind Orbs after the event is over) and perhaps make them able to be traded in for collectors items.

It's a pretty unfinished idea but I think it would be well receieved by the community.

i would like to be able to get pumpkin masks again, i mist last years halloween weekend event because i was at a party and i'm sure alot of others would like the chance to get one for their new charactors or older one's that don't already have one.

if not a pumpkin mask this year then why not make a mummy mask or something to go with the theme, also make it wearable.
