If you think that a mere guardian can stop a good warrior/ranger/assassin build than you need some more field experience.

Even if this build is flawed, it can still kill someone in a matter of seconds
You fail at Guild Wars. Warriors are the premier DPS profession. I daresay I've got more 'field' experience than you do - I've spent 90% of my Guild Wars time on monk, most of it in PVP and have seen just about every combination so far around thrown up in an atempt to kill me and the team I'm supporting. Rangers do degen. Rangers do disruption. Rangers do garbage DPS.

The build will only kill someone with an absolutely retarded monk backing them up. If you want to feel good about that, sure, feel free. The rest of the competitive world moved on years ago.

It doesn't do decent DPS and it's vulnerable to just about everything a warrior is. What's the point of it?

While I do agree that rangers are not better at warriors at dealing damage in most instances and are best suited as disrupters, condition appliers, etc, they can outdamage warriors in the right situation with Barrage. However, this use is restricted to PvE instances with large amounts of tightly grouped enemies.

Ranger's use damage like a tool, rather than a philosophy. Warriors were build to deal damage, and unless they are dealing damage they are not being useful. Ranger's on the other hand, while able to spec damage into a build without much effort, have any number of things they can do in any number of situations. One of the reasons the CripShot ranger is such a powerful PvP character, is because of it's versitility. That is where a Ranger shines, not in it's damage output per say... but the fact that they can add damage when it's needed, and adapt when something else is needed.
