PC on sunreaches shield and ironwing flatbow

any pc'ers out there please the mods on both are listed below-a rough guess will be nice

sunreaches sheild
req 9 tactics
reduces physical dmg by 5 (20%)
+30 hp

ironwing flatbow
req 8
dmg+15%
armour -10 (whilst attacking)
+29 hp

sunreaches sheild is going down to 25k tops bought some at 20k 22k no problem..
