Are you talking about birthday presents or the gifts from last Christmas' event? Just open them either way to see what's inside.

Winter Gifts can contain:
Candy Cane
Snowman Summoner
Eggnog
Spiked Eggnog

Its random which you'll get, though I tend to get Candy canes alot (just recently opened my supply of them)

Or they could be evil presents and trigger a death nova when you open them. It doesn't do anything though, just the animation and sound.

They could also be charcoal if they were 'Grenth' presents, IIRC (Lump of coal)...

Yes "Grenth" gifts can be Charcoal or Nothing.

Theres no way to know whhich source the presetns came from though. 90% of them are from "Dwayna" sources though.
