1-salvage or sell for c/o if you dont want to risk it 20/20 mod risk is worth it IMO
2-no clue about shields with no life probably merch
3-daggers are a hard sale if the are not 15% always -10 armor or 15^50 or +5 NRG but the skin supposedly is desirable IMO ~20k
