Slashing Dmg 15-22 (req - 10 Swordmanship)
Dmg +14% (while in a stance)
Armour Penetration +20% (Chance 20%)
Enchantments last 20% longer

Definitely salvage. Hope like hell for the 20/20. (50-70k)

Noooo... I never ever mod a weap unless i aim to use it for myself and really want the mod!!!

It was a random drop.
