PC on a couple near perfect shields

1.) reinforced buckler req. 8 tactics
+43hp, dmg. -2 both while enchanted

2.) celestial shield, req. 7 strength
+29hp always, dmg. -2 in stance

20-30kish and i dunno on req 7, very near perfect though kinda unpopular skin, believe i saw a few on guru auctions for 200-300k, but i think they were perfect, i'd take a rough guess of 150k+, but get more opinions on it.

10-15k

maybe 100k+ perhaps... req 7 celestial shields are very common and not popular anymore

anyone other opinions?
