Good secondary heal?

Healing signet is great, but what is a good secondary heal for a warrior who's sole purpose is to stand and survive focus fire?

I don't have prophecies so my choices are kinda limited. I was thinking Shadow Refuge from the assassin skill list but eh. What do you all suggest?

If you're going to tank, you're going to be in a team. So. I'd say bring healing signet as a secondary heal, and monk's as a primary.

Tactics.

Healing Sig is fine; you don't need anything else.

If you switch your secondary to ritualist, you can pump some points into restoration magic and try generous was tsungrai.

i solo alot in Prophecies (i dont have factions), and Vigorous Spirit plus Flurry does wonders, and even mending if appropriate. Troll Ungent as a W/R also works wonders. its kinda like healing breeze, but you get more pips of healing for less attributes from it, it costs less energy, and its not an enchant that can get shattered.

Warriors do not really have a good secondary heal. You should not rely on your secondary profession to heal you. If you do, then you will be reducing your effectiveness in your weapon and or tactics.

Throw up a defense while you use your healing sig and you should be fine.

If you're a w/n, you can try parasitic bond. Heals you whenever the opponent you hexed dies. Or ends, or gets removed. But mainly when they die. So if you or your team have good killing power you can get a pretty constant heal. But you'd need some points in curses. Better to stay tactics and bring along some block/evade stance so you can heal sig. Also, nightfall has a new skill that heals and costs adren, so that could be useful too.

Since you're planning on breaking aggro first (I assume you're talkign about PVE) Melandru's resillence is decent.

My favorite thing to do is drop tactics and put some into healing skills the use vig spirit and hundred blades when i'm being mobbed and if i want to be a standing tank i'll use dolyak, vig and a combo of triple chop and cyclone axe but only for pve cause in pvp they'll just leave you there and take out the rest of your team. But this is just what i do and will probibly get critisized.

Guys, this isn't worth discussing. Bring a monk, end of story.

Last night I was helping a friend cap and I used 5 attack skills. My defensive stance was Flurry and my defensive skill was Watch Yourself!. It felt liberating, like not wearing underwear. I'll work on switching to frenzy.

You are healed for 30...70 Health, and you gain 5 Health for each rank in Tactics.

That's the only other direct heal to my knowledge in the warrior line besides heal sig (once NF comes out of course). Just stick with monks, heal sig, and maybe a defensive stance (or "Watch Yourself!").
