A little off topic: vent works; TS doesn't detail inside

I'm running TS v2 whatever (most recent) and vent for my gaming VOIPs. When I DLed these programs both worked fine, but recently TS has started whispering at people. For some reason the output is extremely low; people can hear me, but they can't hearme well.

I've maxed output in TS and on my comp setting, but people can still barely hear me when i use the program. Vent, on the other hand is working fine, so I don't think its an equipment malfuntion.

Has anyone else had these types of problems with either? What can I do to get people to hear me on TS? Will a reinstall help?
