It maybe perfect but the skin is unwanted. Don't mod your items, because it don't rise the value of that item.

actually you can pick up those mods for 3-5k each if you look enough... staff I'd say 20-30k maybe, and the wand around the same.. 10/10 items have dropped in value alot, especially fairly common ones which those both are now
