Looking to buy a 20/20 Curses Staff with a really nice skin. I really want a Zodiac Staff 'cus they look wicked! I will also look at Celestial, Platinum and Outcast skins. Also considering 18-19% too, but not paying much. Low req favoured but again, will consider high req's but not paying as much.

May consider a 20% recharge and 10% cast but only perfect, not 18-19%.
