WTF is wrong with Preservation?

I have a lvl 20 ritualist and I solo farm with her all the time in Pongmei Valley. I use a elite spirit skill called Preservation when I farm. Well today I go out in the valley to farm. But for some reason everytime I raise my Preservation spirit, it just sits there and doesn't heal like it should. I am solo farming, so it's not like it is healing another alley. It isn't healing at all. I raised 6 spirits and only one of those 6 would heal, and it only healed like every 10-15 seconds instead of every 4 like it is suppose to. What gives? why is my spirit hating on me?

This isn't a tech issue but most likely it's either a bug, you're out of range, or it's healing something else besides you.

I know how to use the spirit, so I know I aint out of range and that it isn't healing anything else. there would have to be something around to be healed. I am also guessing a bug. But why hasn't something like this been fixed yet, and why now? I solo farm with this spirit all the time and this has never happened until now. It worked fine yesterday, and there wasn't a updated between yesterday and today. The only difference between yesterday and today is that my necro turned a year old today and I put the minipet (Temple Guardian) with my Ritualist.



EDIT: I just ran a test. I went out and farmed with my minipet in my inventory (but not launched) and the spirit worked fine. But once I double-clicked my mini to launch it and started farming again with the mini running around, the spirit didn't work again. So me launching the minipet is somehow screwing my Preservation spirit up so that it doesn't heal.

Reason why it it's just Anet. They haven't fixed the ranger attack skill bug for over a year, and as far as I know, they still haven't.

What attack skill bug? I am about to make a ranger and would like to know about this bug.
