It's been used for Alliance Battle purposes only so far.
I suck at explaining stuff, first of all =(
But I know this works the way I do it

Broad Head Arrow [E]
Pin Down
Hunter's Shot
Distracting Shot
Apply Poison
Stormchaser
Serpents Quickness
Troll Unguent
9 (8+1) expertise
16 (12+4) wilderness
12 (10+2) marksmanship
I use longbow/hornbow, both with 33% poison +30hp. Though im guessing a bow with shorter arrow fly time would be better for close combat.

I really don't know why this build works so great. I rarley even die!
You Always, Always, Always want to start with apply poison, and Then u go with the BHA (if it's a spellcaster, otherwise it's a waste of energy). Thats where stormchaser come into the picture! Since it's a slow moving arrow and is not affected by spirits, you want get close to you opponents, and strike them, then run out of their earshot at least.
And then cripple, and then when they are fleeing, u shot them with hunters shot to cause even more mayhem.
It's really our instict to flee, so thats what Most people tend to do. Especially if they feel out numberd or such.
If you just keep Serpent's Quickness up you can renew it over and over with 0,3 seconnds between it's ending, and the new one taking over. It's slim, but it Does work. This giving you a +10 constant hp regen makes it rather easy to take out multiple targets, even if they are attacking you.
