is there anyway i can change from luxon to kurzick ?

If you want to be able to talk to Kurzick NPCs, just get more Kurzick faction than Luxon faction. You can do this by first spending all of your Luxon faction, then gaining a bit of Kurzick faction.

If you want to switch your guild, you'll have to be the guild leader and talk to the Kurzick ambassador in House zu Heltzer.
