10-15%, life reg -1 weapons

I search weapons with 10-15% more damage and life regenration -1, so I can add a vampiric mod to die twice as fast in GvG, if I get stuck.
I won't pay high prices. I don#t think I will pay anything above 1k or 1,5k, any weapon that would go to the merchant will be good, I don't care about colour, rarity etc...

Shadow Blade req 11 15 -1, somewhere on or above 5K

no thanks, I need cheaper weapons, 1,5k is still my maximum.
