PC on GOLD Raven Staff

I think it's really good for a rit, but tell me

salvage it...

single mods staves (like only 10% casting as yours is) are basicly junk, unless super rare... (which yours isn't) and even then they don't sell for much...

well yes a ritual lord needs a 10% but not hct, hsr i think... and however channeling is not good
