Three account banned.

I have two accounts, my main account and my bot account.
I have farmed less than 150k with my bot that i gave to my main account.
Today they were all banned. My brother account that have never received any gold from my bot were banned too.

Ok, anet can ban my bot, but why our two others accounts ?

we had each 2 fow armors and Rank 10 on them. We just preordered nighfall and bough many slots..

Anet dont want to answer me and I really dont understand why they did that. They just erase more than 1 year of our life for onlu 150k.


I loved this game but now its over.
I wanted to thank you anet and say good bye to gw players..
I think we are the most unlucked ppl in this game.. :-/

Why ban three accounts for 150k when a lot of ppl buy and sell for real money on ebay ? anet just choiced easy bans only to show they do something against bots...

Or maybe they found that you were the sole owner of all three. One less botter to worry about, methinks

you are warned every time you log in about botting. i have no sympathy for you at all at losing your accounts simply because you didn't take the time to actually follow the rules. the easy way out is always going to lead to suffering in the end.

lesson: do not use third party programs.....it says it on the main log in screen for a reason.

Why ban you? Just like the police and drug dealers/addicts, anet doesn't discriminate. They stop you because you bot, police stop druggies because they break a different kind of law.
Peer pressure shouldn't make you bot.

Your 2nd account was banned as it directly benefitted from the botting. Your brother's account would have been banned for having the near same IP to prevent you sharing his account.

Btw, why bot? Why not play the game like a normal person?

You bot on one account, but all three accounts tied to your name or IP address were banned. Ta da! What do you expect them to do? We know you use bots on one account, but we'll let you keep your other two... don't think so.

You got banned cause you botted. You ruined the game for yourself, your brother, and others. Why doesnt a mod just close this?

Give them chance, Ima, give them chance. Mods have lives away from the keyboard too, you know.

i like how your avatar has two (your two) characters decked out in FoW armor, jumping for joy, because you dont actually know how to farm for yourself. So... Ima go out on a limb here and say that your figure of 'only' 150k is total BS.

If you all play from the same computer, or home network (off one internet connection), it would be not hard to id all three accounts to you or your household. That and they do have access to the chat logs.

You broke the EULA and anet acted as they stated in the EULA by removing your account(s).

I do wish you well on your next game. I would suggest Oblivion or Galatic Civ II Dread Lords.

If you do pick up guildwars again, jump on in nightfall, do a clean slate and don't bot or other rule breaking. Anet kills accounts caught for ebay as well.

In reguards to your brothers account. Have him e-mail support frequently. Have him tell the truth that it was you (and as long as he didn't benfit from the poison fruit) they will check his account and may re-enable it.

Regardless, they can only ban the account that bots, not the person. What would have happened is that they discovered you were botting, and banned that account - then discovered that there were three accounts tied to that one, and then banned that account. Send them another ticket - this time, tell them that you have two accounts that did not use botters - although you have to be 100% sure that you never ever used bots on either of those two accounts, because they will find out.

Though luck if nothing happens though, you get what you deserve.

Now check your computer for keyloggers/viruses etc

The only thing that i dont understand it why ban the two others accounts.
Nothing was done on them. Its like send in prison every members of a family because one member sold drug. that's look normal ?

QQ more. Botting = lose. You bot, you lose. Get over it and play another game where people might care that your account gets banned if you bot.

Botting is on the same level as cheating. No one likes a cheater.
