So I want to stock up on a few cap sigs after my ranger gets to Thunderhead Keep and I map back to Drok's for the skill trainer. It seems the trainer has no cap sigs for sale. So I map to LA and find the trainer there has none either. This morning I battled my way to the Deldrimore War Camp (want to farm those greens) and the skills trainer there has no cap sigs either. Anyone know why I can no longer get cap sigs at the skill trainers?

Sure you looking in the right place? The "No Attribute" heading can be on top or bottom along with sig caps, in the menu, try Quarell falls for sig caps.

Thanks, I scanned the trainers full list but could not find any at the places I mentioned. I also specifically looked at the No Attribute listing of all the trainers.

Hav eyou done the quest with the character you were playing at that moment? because I think you still need to do that Orrian quest thing so you can buy them.

Not every skill trainer sells them. Although I thought the one in Droks did.

You do not have to do the quest to be able to buy a cap sig, I think I had about a dozen caps or so before I even did the quest. I think Orrian or whatever his name is in LA sells them. He is between the rare scroll guy and the guild maker guy up on a hill.

If they are out this could muck up a few things for me in the coming months.

Deldrimor War Camp has a skill trainer since....when?

And LA's trainer doesn't have the cap sig, it's normal. The area is pre-ascension you see.

I think you can buy them anywhere if it's a Factions chracter but if it's a Tyria character, you have to do that quest in Lion's Arch and get those glay tablets before you can buy them.

Got to Deldrimore for the first time this morning and there was a skill trainer up on the hill.

I have purchase many cap sigs for this character and have poison arrow, barrage, and several other elite skills. I have not had any issues buying cap sig's until last night.

Here's a note from guildwiki:

Prophecies campaign: To introduce you to the Signet of Capture, Magi Malaquire in Lion's Arch gives you the quest Malaquire's Test and one Signet of Capture upfront, and another one as part of the reward.

Whether or not you complete Malaquire's Test, you can purchase additional signets from most other skill trainers in Kryta, Maguuma Jungle, the Crystal Desert and the Southern Shiverpeaks. If your Guild Hall has a skill trainer, he will sell Signet of Capture to any PvE characters

Try the skill trainer in your guild hall then.

From what I remember of Prophecies, most trainers LA->Droks don't carry cap sigs for players who havn't done the Malaquire quest. Hit up the trainer in Camp Rankor or Copperhead because he always carried them, even before they added all unlocked skills to trainers.

Quest completed or not - LA skill trainer does not sell cap sigs. I always went to Beetletun for them.

Magi sells cap sigs in LA after you complete the quest. Nobody said the skill trainer does...

Actually, the skill trainer in Rankor doesn't sell sigs either for some obscure reason...

I'm standing in Deldrimor as I type this and I see no skill trainer and Wiki does not list a skill trainer in Deldrimor either. Are you sure you are not talking about Rankor? because that skill trainer does not sell signets of capture.
