Farming clarification

Well simple question but confusing to me.
We all know about anti farming code. The question is: If you use your tank for farming 2-3 times a day about 20min to 1 hour then do fow with you elementalist and couple quests with ranger, does that make drops change to the better or does it affect your farmer so you should do quests with him then refarm in couple of days?
