My first suggestion for almost any program crashing is to uninstall and reinstall the program. If it is software related to the program itself, this will fix it most of the time.

Question : When was the last time you read a book?
And as for where to get a driver...if you have an ATI card, try www.ATI.com; if you have an nVidia card, go to www.nvidia.com
edit: I wasn't nagging on your lack of computer knowledge, only the english language.

Why don't you do this for us:
1. Press Windows Key+R.
2. In the box, type "dxdiag" without the quotes, and press Enter.
3. If a little box comes up, just say no.
4. Once the little blue bar dissapears and it's fully loaded, go to the "Display" tab at the top.
5. Right at the top, on the left side, there should be under "Name:" the type of video card that you're using.
6. Write that down and post back here with what it is.
