the festival isnt coming back, so no masks, just the games - i think

hooray, gonna farm the next days so i can spend hundreds of K's idling there and getting to the third, fourth or even fifth title

Yeah the games are coming back. So if means Tyria players will be able map the Overlook which normally only Cathan players can access.
