Drunken Blow
Desperation Blow
Jaizhenju Strike
Pure Strike
Flourish {E}
Balanced Stance
healing Sig
Res Sig
Sword: 12+3+1
Tactics: 10+1
Strength: 8+1
Use Balanced then unleash your full combo on a target then use Flourish. Wait till Flourish is about half recharged and use your combo again and Flourish should finish recharging at the end and Balanced stance should last long enough wait till balance stance recharges again and restart the fun again.

Drop Flourish for "Victory is Mine!", Drop Balanced Stance for Dolyak Signet, Drop Heal sig for Sun and Moon Slash, drop Jaizhenju Strike for "Watch Yourself", and Raise strength to 12+4 Sword to 9+1 Tactics to 9+1.

I like the idea, but I might consider switching balanced for dolyak signet. Since Dolyak will be easier on your energy, and it will allow you to meet the condition of Jaizhenju. But I think switching too many more skills out might lose the spirit of the build. I'd try the build both ways (balanced/dolyak) and see which works better for you.

Floruish for vim? but i thought have flourish was the whole point of the build??

the recharge is not significant to consider taking flourish.
vim allows you to heal yourself and drop heal sig.
keep balanced stance, it is far superior to dolyak when you're not farming
I usually add sever artery, it allows you to put some conditions for free if you're low on energy (which shouldn't happen).

I've used a desperation/drunken build to solo many bosses, it's a lot of fun. ViM is key though.
