ive duoed him, i 55ed and took aggro ( while casting SoJ to help with dam) while my guild leader Grenths blances, riptos and deadly riptosed the rits, mes and wars to dead, then i let him taet aggro over agaisnt wing while i used SoJ on the tank so he died
Arkantos
Pretty sure a 55 Mo/E or E/Mo with Silver Armour would work.

People (myself included) have done it with a modified version of my N/Mo farmer:

Kill the ritualists then mesmers first. Then Wing is easy.

I have a very sweet and effective wa/mo build that can solo him regardless of the amounts of ritualists that spawns with him. It takes 8 to 10 mins a run (Almost always 9 minutes).
vig spirit
dolyak signet
deadly riposte
riposte
sever artery
gash
healing hands
live vicariously
Attributes are : (from the top of my head, may be some errors)
12 strenght
10 healing
11 swords
rest in tactics,
(using 2x -75 health rune (strenght and swordsmanship) and sup vigor, absorbtion.
Equipments :
Any armor would do, i use platemail.
Malinon's shield or any -2/+45 when enchanted shield.
Sword with +15% damage when enchanted, 20% longer enchants and see below for the hilt.
Ok i need to explain something there :
When i used to farm wing three blade, i used a fiery dragon sword of enchanting, (+15% damage when enchanted, fire damage, enchantments lasts +20% longer). With live viraciously on, it gives only one pip of energy regeneration, so its impossible to use deadly riposte constantly. I only used deadly riposte when i walked towards a ritualist or when i had more than 10 mana. When there was only Wing, three blade remaining, i just canceled live vicariously to regain my one pip of energy regeneration so i can run both ripostes (at this time healing isnt a problem, u can use either vig spirit or healing hands to be healed, dont even need to use them both). Don't try to use deadly ripostes too often during the fight vs the other mobs or else u wont have the mana to cast vig spirit or healing hands.
But, since then i bought myself a golden phoenix blade with the the zealous mod and i think it would be possible to run deadly riposte constantly with it but i am unsure about it since i havent try it. If it is indeed possible then the run would be even easier.
Now the run :
When u spawn into bukdek byway from the marketplace, cast live vicariously right away then walk your way to the first group of mob. This part takes almost exactly 1 minute 30 seconds i think. Cast vig spirit and run right on the ritualist, hit deadly riposte while you walk to him to block the warrior's attack and deal him some damage. Start pounding on the ritualist using sever and gash and keep dealing damage to warrior(s) with riposte. The fight should be easy "healing wise". Your hits will grants you 27 health points each and if it isnt enough just hit healing hands. After u finished the ritualist, just finish the other enemies in any orders.
Then u proceed towards Wing's group. Look if there is 2 ritualists, wait for one to move slightly closer to you than his allys so u take less hits while reaching him. Same thing than the previous fight applys here : vig spirit then u walk towards the ritualist while hitting deadly riposte. Start pounding on the ritualist with sever gash and riposte on the melee attackers. If there is 2 ritualists, you may feel like he overheal your damage capacity, but keep hitting him and he will start to go down. It doesnt takes much time to beat kill him. While fighting the first ritualist you will go pretty low on life and will have to use healing hands. Try to use healing hands as late as possible. It will probably replenishes your life to maximum so its better to unleash as much damage as possible on that ritualist before using it. Dont forget recasting vig spirit too. Sometimes it gets interrupted by a mesmer so u need to recast it, so its good to cast vig spirit when u are enchanted with healing hands since u will probably be able to retry to cast vig spirit by the time healing hands ends.
Once the first rit is dead, kill the other one if there is one, then kill all the other mobs in any order (mesmer are good choices though since they sometimes interrupts vig spirit). When theres only Wing remaining, just cancel live vicariously and pwn the holy hell outta the dang nubb with both ripostes and gash (dont use sever, its juste a waste of adrenaline).
I think my healing hands once got interrupted by a damn mesmer but u gotta be really unlucky. If this happens during the "wing and his ally fight" then youre basically dead .
That is the most effective build i tested to farm Wing, three blade, after many testing and tweaking.
Sorry about my english it may be broken its my secondary language roAr!

Been solo-ing this with my mesmer since 2weeks after factions came out;
Essence Bond
Balthasar's Spirit
Mending
Healing Breeze
Protective Spirit
Ignorance
Illusion Of Haste
Illusionary Weaponary
55hp
15 Illusion Magic
8 Prot
9 Healing
8 Fast Cast
Rest in domination for 14second ignorance..
Run past the first group with Illusion of haste, take out the ritualists first, then the mesmers. They till interrupt you even with fast casting which is annoying, but you have enough energy to spam skills. When the mesmers and rits are dead take out boss, since the other enemys will give you free energy.
Maintain ignorance on boss, and he dies easily.
