Hello, as the title says I'm looking for some shields to buy.

Preferable mods are:

req. Strength but will take a look at Tactics
+ Health (Stance)
Reduces Physical dmg (Stance)

or

+ Health (enchanted)
Reduces Physical dmg (enchanted)

I don't want any reducing condition mods on the shields either.

Sorry that I didn't clerify this but I'm not looking to spend over 60k for a shield.

i have some shields but the price u ask is way too low to find a decent dual moded shield. I know Victo's Bulvark goes for 25-30k, but that is a green shield. Anyway take a look here some shields:

Celestial shield 45/-2 stance, req11 strength---130k

Embossed Aegis, +45stance/-5(19%) req 10 tactics----55k
