-20hp item's aren't all that rare... the problem is that when 55'ing (13'ing w/e), the other mods on the items aren't usually necessary. I'd put a base item price of ~1k'ish going up to maybe ~10-15k'ish if they came with something worthwhile and/or low req. Obviously they'd have to be a monk req. otherwise you're not getting all your energy out of it. If you were selling a specific one that came with HSR/HCT and had a low monk req then it may actually be worth something. -20 items in a general sense are not tho
There are -20hp items for all caster classes and they are invariably +5 armour -20hp.
Most people will pay more for a -20hp item if they meet the requirement.
For instance a 55 monk is likely to pay considerably more for a protective icon +12 energy -20hp +5 armour req 8 divine, than they will for an unrelated -20hp item due to the additional energy bonus. which as most people know would be +6 energy rather than the +12 if the requirement is met.
However there seem to be 55hp everything running around now...mesmers ...eles...necros so its going to depend on the buyer.
Around 2k if they wont meet the requirement. anything up to 10k if they will.

But one hand items for every class? I don't think so, sorry
