Pc on a few gold items

I want to know if they need to be savage/merchant.
If it is to be sold to ppl i would like to know wut the value is.
Im not sure if the hammer is perfect or not...i think its 19-35 or 19-36,im not too sure.

Im not even sure if any of this is worth anything especially the shield.
