+15% damage (while above 50% hp)
energy gain on hit: 1
energy regen -1
+29 hp

Is it the new golden skin or good old tyrian skin?
If tyrian, then 5-8k~

If it's tyrian I'd be seriously tempted to salvage.. or just hang on to it and see what comes of the inscription salvage rumors...
