sick of bad drops already......

it's gotten to the point in this game where i am just getting sick of playing. all i really do now is get in game sell a few things for some friends and family for them and than get off after awhile.

i have almost given up on game play. although i love the game itself i'm sick of getting nothing in drops. i've done uw and fow over 60 times by now and i've managed 2 ectos and if i do get to a chest i get some kind of armor or garments. if i get really lucky i get a staff with high req crappy mods and maybe max dmg. and it's not just the uw fow that this happens in. i get this no matter what i do and how i do it. the best i get is purple maybe max dmg weapons with crap mods. i don't know about any of you but i'm sick of it. i understand that good drops shouldn't occur a lot but can i get at least one please.

and don't get me started on the superior salvage kit. i try to buy cheap weapons with good mods in game since i can't get them in drops. and everytime it's a mod i really need or want all i get is wood or crappy ingots. i would think with a 2k price tag i would get at least one good use out of them. i'm down to under 20 now on my current one and i have yet to salvage an upgrade off a weapon yet. and that's at least 20 weapons +.

i'm done with my griping for now. thanks for reading. now i'm off to the help forum cause my new comp won't show weapon skins and i need to find out why.

Ouch, don't worry. You can still make a fortune even without getting a single gold. It happens to me all the time, and when I vermin farm, I NEVER get any gold items. Also, if you wish to get golds, chest running is a good solution... and if you want you can sell them unid for 1k and make a 400 gold profit. If your doing UW or FoW, you should be using the smallest groups possible... or even soloing or dual them. I hardly do UW, cuz I only get like 3 hours of UW per weekdays because of Europes, and I have around 9 ectos. Don't fret, everygone goes through this. I only got 1 black dye for 10 whole MONTHS. THen when I did get my 2nd black dye, a person zoned out and I lost it. Don't salvage your items yet! Just wait till nightfall, when you have the option to choose WHICH one to salvage.

I've been through some rough spots too, but if you are having poor drops from one area, move to another. There are a myriad of threads about anti-farm code, but basically, you shouldn't hit one area or one boss time after time after time....have a rotation.

Secondly, this game isn't just about getting drops. It's about testing new builds, some alliance battles, exploring, and quests/missions, and if you are into it, stuff like titles and personal goals.

That's not even close to a question! Don't make threads to whine nor to rant. >_<
