maybe a problem with your keyboard drivers? Try a reinstall and see if that helps.

if what he said doesnt work, try using compressed air to clean your keyboard. if both of those dont work maybe u should get a new keyboard.

It could just be a poor keyboard. The fact that it's new does not always mean that it's good. I understand that you probably don't want to hear that.
I bought a Labtec keyboard a few weeks back to replace the Logitech one that decided to conk out on me (The Logitech worked beautifully before then ) and I found that the Labtec's keypress signals were too erratic for games and not as constant as the Logitech's.

some keyboards just don't allow certain keys to be pressed at the same time. for example, i cannot move foward, strafe right, and hold down the cntrl key at the same time. really, really annoying when trying to solofarm.

Erm, OK, after all this, nobody ever thought to ask about the make and model?
Guess I'll have to:

What's the make and model? Example: Logitech Cordless Desktop LX300

Wait, you have your left and right messed up. D turns right and A turns left...

Some older keyboards (and newer wonky ones) do not allow more than two keys to be used at once, I had this problem with one of my keyboards and I promptly trashed it. As for the wireless ones I do not know how I can help, I haven't had experience with those.
