This is more of a question then a price check...are these skins rare for the WH?..im guessing to salvage for the mod as well..but... I care more about my question on the skin.

They are not that rare unfortunately, although they are still one of the more popular skins, perfect req 8 15^50 spikeys sell for upwards of 50k. This one is purely functional though tbh and even the mod is worthless from a re-sale point of view. I personally would merch.
